Data controller

Purpose of processing and legal basis
The collection and processing of data (exclusively the email address and the role selected by the user) have the sole purpose of managing the registration on the platform's waitlist and sending direct updates about its upcoming launch. The legal basis for this processing is the free, specific and informed consent of the user (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given actively by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form.
Recipients and international transfers
To ensure the correct technical operation of the waitlist, NIDEVO relies on top-tier technology service providers that operate under strict security measures. Resend Inc.: the service responsible for managing and sending emails; data transfer is carried out under the legal framework of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission. Cloudflare Inc.: the provider responsible for the global security infrastructure and the Turnstile verification system for the prevention of automated access and malware.
Retention period
The personal data provided will be kept exclusively during the development and testing phase of the project, and will be definitively deleted within a maximum period of six months after the official launch of the platform, unless the user requests removal beforehand.
User rights
In accordance with European regulations, you may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing directly to legal@nidevo.com. Likewise, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Protection of minors
This subscription channel is intended for users over 14 years of age. For minors under that age, registration and the provision of data must be managed directly by their parents or legal guardians.
